About the event

Nature Hike: Finding Beauty in Every Step is a guided journey of discovery and poetry readings in nature for women of color interested in self-care, hiking, and poetic expression. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature, explore the beauty of the outdoors, and engage in self-reflection through poetry. Along the hike, participants will be encouraged to pause and appreciate the natural surroundings while reflecting on their personal experiences and emotions and to find inspiration and peace in the natural world. After we are all done, it's time to celebrate with a specially curated packaged lunch Melanin & Muscles style!  Don't forget about those group pics in your FREE Melanin & Muscles Tees!

Physical Requirements: Beginner Level, Light - Moderate exertion levels
